We worked with Alison Lustig to sell our parents house in 55+ community after my mother passed away. As my mother was elderly, she could not keep the house clean like she used to when her younger years. Alison immediately suggested we hire a cleaning service prior to hosting an open house. This home was marketed aggressively and the open house resulted in an offer above asking price. Once the home was under contract, Alison went beyond the call of duty in assisting us to find ways to remove the furnishings from their house.
